Captain Michael “Sully” Sullivan brings a lifetime of seamanship and a calm, confident presence to every charter aboard Tropic Pearl. A U.S. Coast Guard–licensed 100-ton Master Captain, Captain Sully holds multiple professional endorsements and has spent many years navigating a wide range of coastal and offshore waters.
In the last five years alone, he has sailed more than 15,000 nautical miles, honing his skills through extensive hands-on experience at sea. His deep knowledge of vessel handling, weather, and local waters ensures every journey is not only enjoyablebut also conducted with the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Known for his attention to detail and attentive hospitality, Captain Sully takes pride in creating seamless, unhurried days on the water. Whether guiding guests to hidden anchorages, pristine snorkeling spots, or iconic island views, his goal is simple: to deliver a smooth, personalized charter experience that feels both effortless and unforgettable.
